Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Asset Manager to join our dynamic team. The Asset Manager will be responsible for overseeing the performance, optimization, and strategic management of our real estate assets throughout their lifecycle. This individual will play a pivotal role in maximizing the value of our portfolio and ensuring the long-term success of our investments.

Position-Specific Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the performance of assigned properties and identify opportunities to increase revenue, decrease expenses, and improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Work with the Property Managers to identify performance goals for individual properties. Establish a system to monitor property performance against specified goals.
  • Review leasing documents for compliance with legal regulations and requirements, as well as alignment with property performance goals.
  • Coordinate the preparation and review of annual budgets for assigned properties.
  • Participate in project teams to understand strategic and financial objectives of the property under development and assist in development of operating budgets and leasing strategies for the property. Conduct needs analyses regarding property development as required.
  • Assist in the negotiation of lender contracts and agreements to maximize the project's potential return on investment.
  • Review financial models to create pro forma statements.
  • Review loan application documentation including request specifications, collateral data, and financial models.
  • Evaluate the rental structure for each property assigned.
  • Develop summary reports of project financing terms and requirements for each source of funding.
  • Oversee the preparation and distribution of monthly operating and capital budget variance reports.
  • Understand requirements of third-party owners and managers and design reports to provide required data.
  • Assist the Accounting Department with year-end financial statements, tax returns, and other work papers as required.

Target salary range: $ 80-110k depending on experience
Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years of asset management experience

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Commercial real estate experience
