| Responsibilities: |
|
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Plans and executes comprehensive marketing communications and programs within budget to provide quality, effective sales support including collateral, white papers, webinars and web tools.
- Develops, creates content and manages the public web site with proficiency, keeping current with trends and technology and recommending what Oce should apply.
- Initiates, directs and measures ROI of direct mail, email and other programs to prospect, nurture leads, and broaden relationships with existing clients.
- Implements and enforces corporate brand graphic standards; is the internal go-to person for this.
- Develops webinars, podcasts and other web programs and measures results.
- Defines and deploys actionable reporting metrics to improve program effectiveness and ROI; recommends and implements ongoing improvements.
- Plans and implements annual internal National Meeting, client events and trade shows.
- Analyzes client base, services, key trends and potential by segment/industry and formulates recommendations on new opportunities, supported by a business case.
- Directs and analyzes market research and disseminates research and analyses internally.
- Briefs and manages vendor partners on various projects to ensure that the service/brand positioning is consistent, initiatives are successfully implemented and on-budget.

| Qualifications: |
|
- Bachelor's Degree required; MBA strongly preferred
- Requires 10+ years of marketing experience, preferably client-side business-to-business services; 5 years supervising teams Demonstrated success in creating and executing lead generation programs and CRM initiatives for business-to-business
- Hands-on expertise in developing and continuously improving web sites, keeping current with best practices
- Deep knowledge of electronic media and direct response marketing disciplines, including database, email marketing
- Deep expertise in executing comprehensive marketing programs, including developing collateral with a technology element
- Experience and expertise in segmentation and in marketing along industry vertical lines
- Strong hands-on expertise creating and implementing service marketing and brand communications plans and programs
- Experience and expertise launching new services
- Comfortable dealing in software and hardware based service sectors, and blended solutions
- Knowledge of document management applications and./or web content management systems
- Knowledge of industry trends and evolving technology changes
- Exceptional business writing skills and verbal communication
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, CRM system like salesforce.com
- Proficient at structuring and writing presentations, case histories, white papers, collateral, ROI calculators and similar tools
- Strong project management skills, efficient time management and ability to productively manage vendor relationships
- Demonstrated sound judgment and ethical behavior
