Currently, The Atlantic seeks a bright, motivated current college student or recent graduate to join our dynamic marketing and sales team as part of The Atlantic’s marketing internship program.

Internship Summary:

The Marketing Intern will enjoy the opportunity to participate in the workings of the business side of an award-winning magazine:

<!--[if !supportLists]-->* <!--[endif]-->Participate in client proposal brainstorms and sales meetings

<!--[if !supportLists]-->* <!--[endif]-->Plan and staff various events

<!--[if !supportLists]-->* <!--[endif]-->Assist the Marketing Director and Marketing Managers in day-to-day office duties

A paid internship is offered. Candidates must be able to commit at least 3 days a week to the internship.

Qualifications of the Ideal Candidate Include:

• Outstanding written and oral communications skills
• Strong work ethic as demonstrated by energy, drive, persistence, and tenacity
• Strong analytics, real-time judgment, creativity, and intelligence
• Effective time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Strong interest in publishing, marketing, and advertising
• Eager to try new tasks and fulfill multiple roles within the team
• Current attendance at or recent graduation from a respected institution with proven record of success
