Responsibilities

 

  • Verify vendor invoices against receipts entered in the system
  • Enter Accounts Payable invoices into our AS400 system
  • Creating and communicating the weekly inventory report
  • Applying cash from our customers to the Accounts Receivable invoices in our AS400 system
  • Creating and updating Transfer prices used when inventory is sold from our company to are wholly owned subsidiary in Mexico.
  • Distributing invoices and reports to Financial Budget Tracking personnel
  • Updating a monthly patent legal expense tracker
  • Various special projects
  • Filing

Qualifications

Some College Coursework Completed, working towards Accounting or Finance degree.
