Key responsibilities include:
• Handle all inventory management of supplies weekly to include but not limited to; toner, paper, office supplies and misc. items
• Ability to handle highly confidential documents
• Enter information into the database, with 100% accuracy
• Create and handle client portfolios, including NPI
• Perform other tasks as assigned, including administrative tasks (Check, send and reply to emails, manage general inbox, liaison between depts and consultants)
• Cross-Train in other service areas if required
· Receive incoming accountable packages, including envelopes and boxes
· Accurately sort Incoming USPS mail to mail bins
· Log incoming interoffice material to ensure accountability
· Load carts and deliver accountable packages accurately and on time
· Fine sort to cart and deliver incoming USPS and interoffice mail on internal mail runs within expected deadlines
· Perform mail sweeps picking up, sorting and processing outgoing material
· Print services requests (receive, schedule, produce)
The successful job seeker must be able to demonstrate the following qualifications:
• Must also be able to pass a client-specific background screening
• Minimum of 6 months customer service related experience required
• Minimum of 6 months demonstrated knowledge and experience in a related functional area preferred
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
• Competency in performing multiple functional tasks
• Ability to meet the employer's attendance policy
• Ability to handle highly confidential documents
• Basic PC/Windows experience required
• Experience utilizing Microsoft Outlook required
• Familiar with printing devices preferred
• Ability to lift and/or move items up to 55 pounds or the maximum allowed by current State Law with or without accommodations
• Ability to stand, sit, and/or walk for long periods of time with or without accommodations
