We are hiring across a range of ranks:
I. Principal Consultant: Expected to act as Assignment Manager on small and medium-sized assignments, supervising small teams of two or three consultants and with responsibility for solution design, quality of delivery, profit and project planning. Secondarily, they will support selling activities and generate leads/referrals through their understanding of client needs. Candidates typically have either significant specialist industry experience (8+ years) or significant previous consultancy experience
II. Consultant: Expected to be dependable when work on their own project tasks which are predominately client facing but under the supervision of an Assignment Manager. They will usually be part of a team but may be required to head up a workstream or a small project. They may also be called upon to provide input into sales, marketing and Thought Leadership activities. Candidates typically have 5+ years industry experience or equivalent consultancy experience
III. Consultant Analyst: expected to support a team of consultants in research and study within their specific technical field, with Consultant Analysts having more demanding tasks and increasing client contact. The primary focus will be on fee-earning work for clients and only secondarily on supporting sales activity.
