The Chief Human Resources Officer will have overall responsibility for the Human Resources function reporting directly to the President & CEO. This individual of immense passion, ability, and organizational skill to evolve Human Resources into a competitive advantage that will enable CPI to achieve greater success and to be the employer of choice in its industry and markets. The HR Leader is expected to partner closely with the CEO and Executive Leadership to establish the right culture, talent pool and organization design and practices that will enable the company to achieve its goals. The HR Leader will be responsible for planning, designing, communicating and executing HR services and programs that are aligned with and will further CPI's business strategies.
The individual who succeeds in this position is one who has demonstrated strong leadership skills and the ability to work in a collaborative manner, evaluate people, analyze and provide solutions for complex situations and be decisive.

This role requires the ability to work from home in a virtual environment, where the following is required;
