NY Mid-Level Commercial Finance Associate

Job Description
The New York office of Paul Hastings is seeking a midlevel corporate or real estate finance associate with 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial lending with an emphasis on master repurchase facilities, loan-on-loan facilities, commercial mortgage and mezzanine lending and preferred equity transactions. Candidates should possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage large transactions for several marquee clients that include: investment banks, commercial banks, mortgage REITS and private equity funds of the real estate finance group. While experience in all of the above areas is not required, the ideal candidate will possess a passion to become a general finance expert over the next 6 to 12 months.
