Education/Experience Minimum:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
- EIT preferred / PE a plus.
- LEED AP a plus.
- Minimum of three to ten years’ experience in a technical capacity reflecting increasing responsibility.
- Aviation or transportation experience a plus.
- Ability to drive and maintain a safe driving record.
- Valid state driver’s license (any in US).
- In possession of appropriate paperwork to gain and maintain employment in the US.
- Ability to meet worksite security requirements.
Needed Skills:
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit. MicroStation a plus.
- Knowledge of sustainability, LEED and/or energy modeling a plus.
- Knowledge of design-to-completion engineering processes.
- Knowledge of engineering principles and design packages.
- Thorough knowledge of Company standards.
- Thorough knowledge of QA/QC.
- Exceptional communications skills.
- Maintains discretion.
- Ability to learn and become capable in HVAC software and applications within four months of hire.
- Knowledge of codes specific to area of expertise.
- Good communications and negotiations skills.
- Strong knowledge of Company standards of quality.
- Ability to multi-task and to prioritize tasks.
- Detail and safety oriented.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Ability to create and maintain productive relationships with employees, clients, and vendors.
- Understanding of underlying principles of A/E industry.
