EYP Inc. is a global provider of high-performance building design, research, and consulting services. Our 600 professionals work across fifteen offices in the United States and Europe.
United by Purpose
We are five sectors - Higher Education, Government, Healthcare, Science & Technology, and Energy - who work as one firm. Together we are helping our clients address some of the most critical issues facing our nation.
We believe that knowledge is as critical to great design as creativity. Expertise - the deep knowledge that comes from research and experience - enables us to harness creativity in ways that deliver exceptional value to clients. Creativity in turn drives us to explore, question, and continuously advance our understanding of how the built environment influences human behavior - and how buildings and their systems impact the natural environment. The fusion of expertise and creativity realizes dynamic design that performs – for people, purpose, and planet – to enrich human experience.
Giving back is an essential part of who we are and a core value that strengthens our connection to each other as well as to our communities.
EYP has made a pledge to The 1+ to provide pro-bono design services to non-profit organizations. We also support organizations that benefit the markets we serve through corporate contributions, in-kind services, and volunteerism.
Hands-on Fab Lab
Tech Valley uniquely integrates the acquisition of technology literacy throughout its curriculum. To help create a richer academic experience for students, EYP funded the school's new Fab Lab “bringing to culmination the development of a full STEM curriculum,” according to Principal Dan Leibert.
We provided pro-bono planning and design services to create a Nursing, Administration, and Social Work Building that will support Wildwood's summer camp program and enable the School to offer year-round educational services in a camp-like outdoor setting.
We are 700 professionals with a single vision: to be the trusted advisors to the best clients in the world.
Design Your Future
Realize your ambition for meaningful, creative work with the leader in high-performance design.
We know our people are the key to our success, so we’ve made EYP a 100% employee-owned organization. Our ESOP (employee stock-ownership plan) means you share in the rewards, not just the work. Your stock in EYP costs you nothing. Sharing ownership is just one of the ways we foster an open, collaborative culture.
At EYP, great ideas have a way of quickly becoming great designs. We cultivate innovation through diversity, staffing teams with individuals of varying backgrounds, passions, and expertise to address complex challenges together and collectively achieve the best possible design for each client.
We foster a culture of lifelong learning by providing exceptional professional development opportunities. EYP/U, our award-winning training and education program, offers a comprehensive curriculum (Architecture, Engineering, Energy, Interior Design) taught by in-house authorities. We additionally reimburse tuition costs at accredited institutions and provide rewards for initial licensing, registration, and/or certification. You'll also receive paid study and examination time. EYP additionally awards grants to support research proposed by employees in an in-house competition. Last but not least, you'll be mentored by industry leaders and have the chance to work side by side with experts in all disciplines. EYP's knowledge-sharing culture has been showcased in the Harvard Business Review.
We are creative people who love what we do and are inspired by our clients. If you're interested in working for a firm that embraces collaborative innovation and values making a positive difference in the world, you'll find like-minded colleagues here. Weidt Fellowship for architects and engineers interested in reducing the negative impacts of buildings on the natural environment; and the Edmund Kohlberg Memorial Leadership Fund, which provides educational and professional development opportunities to outstanding EYP employees.
