    Full-Time, Non-Exempt

    This role is responsible for overseeing, reconciling, auditing and tracking of all assigned accounts. Responsible for insuring that all premiums are collected and posted in a timely manner from members and employer groups. Maintaining and ensuring that all appropriate accounts are being submitted to collections on a monthly basis. Works closely with multiple internal departments to provide excellence in servicing employer group and member direct bill accounts. Interacts directly with MVP customers to ensure correct enrollment, billing, payment allocation, and collection activity. Coordinates quality control processes and audits to ensure that all internal policies and procedures are being followed. Helps develop automation tools to ensure maximum efficiencies are being performed and met on a monthly basis. Will also be responsible for assisting in the training and development of A/R staff when applicable. Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to regulatory compliance issues as they exist and change from time to time. Works collaboratively with co-leads on projects, presentations, shared duties and ongoing process improvement. Perform other related duties as assigned.

    POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

    Minimum Education:

    High School diploma required. Associate's degree in accounting, finance, or business-related field strongly preferred.

    Minimum Experience:

    2-5 years reconciliation experience in a high-volume transactional/accounting and/or finance related environment. A ccounts receivable experience highly desired.

  • Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and perform a variety of tasks with close attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of discretion in dealing with confidential member, financial, and company-sensitive information.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills and ability to deal with stressful phone calls in a calm and diplomatic manner.
  • Financial related knowledge and/or experience of health insurance products, programs, and regulations.
  • Excellent computer experience including MS Excel, MS Word.
