The Art Director is responsible for creative execution of tactics, with a heavy emphasis on design and layout for print and digital. Beyond creating visually compelling work, the Jr. Art Director must think critically to produce thoughtful and functional materials. Day-to-day management of multiple work streams across a variety of brands simultaneously, with an eye toward quality, accuracy, and deadlines, is critical to success in this position.
Creative deliverables generally relate to materials regarding pharmaceutical market access, pricing, reimbursement, business development, and other communications challenges. Much of the material produced is informational / transactional in nature and closely follows existing client and brand style guidelines, however some opportunities will require more thoughtful and in depth design.
The Art Director will work with a small creative team, both under the direction of an Art Director / Supervisor and consultants, as well as independently with minimal oversight. Communication, collaboration, flexibility, and positive working relationships are key.
