NY Private Equity Mid-Level and Senior Associates

Job Description
Paul Hastings is seeking Private Equity Associates with three to seven years of experience to join its Corporate Department in New York. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing practice.
Ideal candidates will have substantial private equity experience as well as experience with venture capital investors, public and emerging companies, and entrepreneurs in complex financial and strategic transactions in the technology sector. Our private equity practice is focused on a broad range of sponsor client representations, including growth capital and buyouts alike. Our practice has particular (but not exclusive) expertise and relationships in the technology, FinTech and financial institution sectors.
While based in New York, successful candidates will work with a dynamic team across the firm's key private equity markets including, among others, New York, Chicago, Silicon Valley, San Francisco and Los Angeles.
Candidates must be admitted to the New York State Bar and be in good standing. Law firm experience and outstanding academic credentials are required. Please submit a cover letter, resume, deal sheet, and law school transcript.
The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $310,000 and a maximum of $420,000 (annually). The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
