Location: Remote - U.S. only.
Eligibility: charity: water is fully remote and hires from all 50 U.S. states. At this time, we are only considering candidates who are eligible to work in the United States without the need of company sponsorship now or in the future.

JOB SUMMARY
You'll partner with the Key Relationships Experience team [KRX] to execute flawless and thoughtful experiences for our major donors (The Well, The Pool, and 1 Million Lives). In this role, you'll communicate cross-functionally across the organization, help manage sensitive data, recommend, source and produce meaningful gifts, assist with shipping, offer event logistics support, conduct vendor research, and provide overall project management support across the team while showing off your passion for systems, organization, and remembering faces and names. This role will report directly to our Key Relationships Experience Manager.

YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR...
* Performing ongoing administrative work in support of the day-to-day management of our major donor programs, including:
Performing data upkeep, analysis, and reporting across Salesforce and various platforms like Box, Dropmark, etc. This will include cross-referencing documents, pulling data reports, conducting audits, and ensuring information is organized and accurate across platforms
Pulling data reports such as email, shipping, birthday, and anniversary lists
Updating The Well and Pool Community websites with donor data, and researching specific donor data as needed
Managing our merchandise inventory and gifting platform
* Completing project-management-based tasks, including:
Overseeing the production of donor impact reports
Sourcing and shipping thoughtful gifts
Coordinating staff videos for new donors
Proofreading major donor pitches
* Supporting the experience of major donor trips and events. You'll contribute to the success of these events by:
Partnering with the KRX Manager and the Associate Director of Events by working on guest lists, overall donor experience, and surprise & delight moments, as well as providing hands-on support for events as needed
Researching unique event-related gifts and vendors
Organizing and maintaining materials in an online storage system

YOU MUST HAVE...
* A bachelor's degree
* Familiarity with a customer relationship management (CRM) tool
* 1-2 years of project management experience
* At least 1 year of customer experience or a similar role in a fast-paced office environment
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to turn around tasks in a timely manner
* High level of responsibility and strong organizational skills
* Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
* Proficiency in Apple, Google and Microsoft products, especially Excel
IT'S A BONUS IF YOU HAVE...
* Experience with Salesforce and other wealth screening tools
* Copywriting experience
