A newly created role within our North America People/HR team, we are looking to welcome a Senior Total Rewards Specialist to help build processes and policies to ensure a consistent and fair approach to reward across the North America Region. This role will initially focus on the adoption of a new benchmarking process, ensuring we are capturing the right data to better inform business and people strategies.

Responsibilities of the role will include, but may not be limited to:

  • Managing,analyzing and communicating the ongoing evolution of the North America Region'scompensation and benefit program, policies, and procedures.

  • Delivering and optimizing our new benchmarking approach and creating effective salary information to better inform hiring and retention processes.

  • Overseeing compensation processes, including survey participation, job evaluation salary structure development, base pay administration, incentive plan design and analysis.

  • Evaluating roles and maintaining the job architecture.

  • Managing benefits planning and programs including wellbeing, retirement, and work life.

  • Ensuring that compensation and benefit programs support the organization's business objectives and meet all legal requirements.

  • Informing the Human Resources specialists on total rewards.

  • Partnering with our global team to execute a long-term Total rewards strategy that attracts, retains and motivates top talent while ensuring competitiveness in the market.

  • Preparing and submitting state and federal audits as it relates to compensation and benefits.

We welcome candidates with the following experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Finance, and or related field.

  • Certification CCP, CBP, PHR, SPHR preferred.

  • Industry experience preferred.

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in total rewards benefits and compensation.

  • Success Factors experience is preferred.

  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive informed decision making.

  • Advanced Excel knowledge.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Salary Range: $110,000 - $140,000
