JOB TITLE: Director of Marketing

LOCATION: Chicago, IL - hybrid onsite 2 days per week

ROLE TYPE/DURATION: Director hire

COMPENSATION: $120,000-$145,000, commensurate with experience

JOB SUMMARY: Our highly-regarded non-profit client is seeking a Senior Director of Marketing. The ideal candidate will be strategic, creative and digitally-focused. Responsible for defining and developing brand, marketing and digital strategy that drives engagement, brand awareness and overall revenue. Oversees social media, paid media and content strategy, all while managing a team of talented marketing and creative professionals.

WHAT'S REQUIRED TO APPLY:

• 10+ years of marketing experience with a strong focus in digital media
• Strong leadership abilities, along with experience managing and mentoring a team of direct reports for at least 2-3+ years
• Must be results-oriented with a track record of developing profitable marketing programs
• Previous experience from non-profit and/or agency environments strongly preferred
