GENERAL SUMMARY

Following established company policies and procedures, assists Loan Officers in the following essential functions.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Prepare new and renewed underwriting packages.
  • Order Credit reports, OFAC, Entity & UCC lien searches.
  • Support Loan Officers in loan closing and funding.
  • Assist Loan Officers with various account monitoring activities.
  • Upload the credit files into FCM imaging system.
  • Respond to customers' inquiries.
  • Handle daily loan transactions & outgoing wire transfers.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: College degree in Accounting or Finance preferred, but not required.
  • Experience: Experience in lending or banking preferred, but not required.
  • Skills/Ability: Proficient with Microsoft applications; Proficient in verbal and written communication skills in English; Bilingual in English and Chinese a plus.

OTHER DETAILS

$20.00 - $25.00 / hour
Pay determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
