Join Our Mission

The Clinician is responsible for providing clinical services to youth and families consistent with agency mission, vision, and values. This position offers the opportunity to become certified in the FFT model.

Job Responsibilities

  • Primarily uses evidence-based treatment modalities and assessment tools to complete comprehensive assessment within 30 days for youth placed or going into placement at a Qualified Residential Treatment Program (QRTP).
  • Complete interviews with youth, QRTP, and other parties involved in the youth's care.
  • Facilitate Permanency Team Meetings.
  • Establishes medical necessity for Core and CFTSS services.
  • Provides skill building (case management) services to meet core requirements.
  • Implements clinical treatment plans by facilitating trauma-informed individual and/or family counseling sessions, and therapeutic groups with all youth and/or families as required by agency policies, protocols and procedures.
  • Provides CTFSS services according to treatment needs.
  • Assisting youth in developing skills as defined in treatment goals.
  • Provides psychiatric support to youth and families.

Job Requirements

  • Master's degree REQUIRED
  • Licensed clinician with any of the following: LMHC, LMSW, LMFT, LCAT
  • Clinician must have 2 years of post-licensure experience in child welfare within the last 15 years.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including subject to call rotations, nights, weekends, and holidays. On-Call rotation is required.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record. Driving is required.
  • Ability to work with an economically and culturally diverse population.
  • Skills: organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.

Salary:

  • Licensed Clinician + 2-3 years of experience - $72,500k
  • Licensed Clinician + 5 or more years of experience - $76,000k
