We are looking for a creative and passionate Sales and Marketing Communications Coordinator to join our team to support our efforts providing the World's Best Premium Label Solutions to the West Coast wine region.

In this role, the successful candidate will support our selling efforts by developing meaningful content for our customer to help them achieve their brand visions and solve their label challenges.

The ideal candidate will have a blend of marketing communications, project management, packaging, and wine industry experience.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and communicate compelling content that is aligned with the marketing strategy and brand guidelines. Content includes and is not limited to information on MCC innovations, customer success stories, new label launches, and unique solutions to common problems.
  • Utilize varied communication channels including social media and traditional trade industry platforms to connect MCC content with its intended targets including customers, designers and third-party bottlers to name a few.
  • Provide local marketing support to the regional sales teams, creating PowerPoint presentations for business reviews, manage trade show events, keep samples updated, as well as communicating award wins, customer appreciation and success stories to internal teams.
  • Provide local marketing support for human resources teams to fill open positions, broadcast MCC job Fairs and other activities to improve the quantity and quality of candidates joining MCC.
  • Be proactive in learning and staying current on label technology, customers' business and markets, and wine industry trends, effectively sharing insights when appropriate.
  • Create and manage project timelines to complete marketing activities such as monthly e-newsletters, tradeshow event participation, and targeted outbound campaigns in a timely manner.
  • Build strong relationships with members of the organization and contribute to the goals and objectives of the other functional areas represented on the sales support teams.
  • Model the Corporate Values and Principles. Conduct oneself in an appropriate and business-like and professional manner, building strong relationships both internally and externally.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge and experience with online and offline marketing tools and strategy.
  • Exceptional organization and planning skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience communicating effectively with multiple stakeholders across all levels of an organization.
  • Creative team player who likes to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges.
  • Proficient in Adobe, MS Office Suites and adaptive to portal-based job resources such as Salesforce.
  • Photography experience a plus.
  • 2-4 years in a similar marketing role.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • BA or BS degree preferred.
