The HRIS Administrator will work as part of the Corporate HRIS team providing support for Oracle HCM Cloud modules to include Global HR, Absence Management, Talent Management (Goals and Performance), Workforce Compensation, Absence Management, and Taleo Recruit. They will work closely with the HR team to analyze business processes, functions and procedures to determine the most effective way to meet client needs.


Essential Functions and Primary Duties:
* Provide expertise in the analysis, design, development and implementation of the Oracle HCM Cloud and Taleo Recruit applications.
* Provide hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud functional configuration support.
* Research solutions to support HR programs and processes.
* Participates in the planning and testing for system upgrades, patches and other configuration updates.
* Acts as a liaison with IT on technical issues and projects requiring data integration and other technical support.
* Troubleshoots issues to include problem research and analysis, and performing steps for resolution.
* Document system specifications, configurations, processes and procedures.
* Manages routine data processes and table updates within the HRIS.
* Communicates and trains users, and keeps up to date on new technical developments, processes and procedures.
* May complete ad hoc projects as assigned.
* Additional responsibilities as assigned.


Preferred Requirements:
* 5 years experience supporting Oracle HCM Cloud or comparable HRIS.
* Strong analytical abilities and skills to evaluate business needs and explore alternative approaches to recommend the most feasible and economical solutions.
* Strong aptitude to isolate problems, addressing immediate needs, analyzing ramifications, and implementing solutions.
* Ability to communicate recommendations and solutions to non-technical clients and end users.

Minimum Qualifications Required:
* Bachelor's degree preferred
* 3 Years of experience as a subject matter expert
* Must maintain current required licenses and certifications relevant to field of expertise
* Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
* Effective customer service skills
* Proficient use of applicable technology
* Ability to work in team environment as well as independently
* Ability to analyze and prioritize multiple responsibilities
