Operation Specialist is responsible for performing a variety of clerical, administrative, customer service and coordination activities in order to support member service deliveries and ongoing team responsibilities.
The Operations Specialist supports the provision of care plan. S/he may order services for members (equipment and supplies, transportation, personal care, etc.), take requests for services from members, assist Nurse Care Managers with member interactions, and take authorizations from Nurse Care Managers for processing.
High School Diploma (or General Education Degree (GED)) required. Some college/ Business school preferred or equal experience. Medical billing or terminology experience strongly preferred. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to speak effectively before customers or employees of organization may be required to also speak another language; necessary for communication with members. Bilingual Russian preferred- Must be able to type 45WPM.
Compensation: Min. $24.0384 hourly - Max. $26.4423 hourly
