Join Our Mission

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition - Content Creator with a strong background in online website content management to join our team. This role you will develop new, innovative & competitive recruiting and brand strategies, support processes & programs objectives to enable the attraction & acquisition of a qualified talent pool and enhancing our company's perception on various recruiting websites by writing updates. The position will be accountable for establishing and developing key strategic relationships and partnerships with business and community leaders to develop, lead and manage the staffing process. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive approach to managing our online presence and the applicant pool.

Job Responsibilities

  • Monitor Online Platforms: Regularly monitor various recruiting websites, including but not limited to Glassdoor, Indeed, and LinkedIn, to stay updated on company reviews, ratings, and feedback.
  • Create content partnered website to share content through documents, scripts, video, live steaming and phone.
  • Responsible for proactively sourcing and establishing a talent pool through internal and external vehicles including but not limited to cold-calling/resume searches, networking, business relationships and partnerships, technology including digital and social media, employee referrals, internal movement and other creative sourcing venues.
  • Collaborates with hiring managers to advertise all open and creates engaging job postings and marketing campaigns to attract qualified talent pool.
  • Works closely with internal stakeholders to create, customize, establish and maintain effective recruitment tools and marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including HR, marketing, and leadership teams, to gather relevant information and ensure alignment in messaging across different platforms.
  • Write Updates: Craft engaging and informative updates to share with the online community, highlighting company culture, values, and achievements. Ensure updates are consistent with the company's branding and messaging.
  • Respond to Reviews: Respond promptly and professionally to both positive and negative reviews, addressing concerns, providing solutions, and expressing gratitude for feedback. Maintain a positive and constructive tone in all interactions.
  • Engage with Candidates: Engage with potential candidates who interact with our company's profile on recruiting websites. Answer questions, provide additional information about job opportunities, and foster a positive candidate experience.
  • Monitor Trends and Best Practices: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and new features on recruiting websites to continuously improve our online reputation management strategy.
  • Track and Analyze Metrics: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to online reputation, such as review ratings, response rates, and candidate engagement metrics. Provide regular reports and insights to management.
  • Reviews and analyzes reports on employment activity. Makes recommendations to leadership and assists with retention planning.
  • Act as a liaison with employment, temporary agencies, advertising agencies and community partners across NYS.
  • Attend and actively participate in recruitment and networking events such as job fairs, College career days, agency sponsored events, community and business partner events etc.

Education & Work Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Marketing/Sales, Business Management, Communications or related field Preferred. HS diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 2 years of content creation and/ Brand marketing online - Required.
  • 1-2 years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience - Preferred.
  • Proven experience in Recruitment, Sales or HR is strongly desired.
  • Must have a current, valid driver's license per Agency guidelines. Travel required.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including night and weekend hours as necessary.
  • SHRM-CP/PHR or SHRM-SCP/SPHR preferred.
  • Ability to work with an economically and culturally diverse population.
  • Skills: Verbal and written communication must be effective, and solution focused.

Salary Range

  • Minimums and maximums may vary based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
  • $65,000-$67,000 annual salary.
