Join Our Mission

The Quality Assurance Generalist/Administrator is responsible for the on-going monitoring of the quality of agency wide data, assisting in the daily operations of the department including generating reports, and communicating concerns identified. Responsibilities also include managing the departmental files and meeting organization. The Quality Assurance Generalist/Administrator will report directly to the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO).

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for running regular reports on various data elements as assigned. To include performing quality checks on existing data and determining whether there is missing documentation.
  • Coordinates all review/audit activities. To include scheduling review dates, providing technical assistance on the day of the review/audit, and running associated reports.
  • Answers and transfers phone calls, screening when necessary.
  • Maintains Calendar, Notes, folders and overall filing systems as assigned as well as mail/fax retrieval and distribution.
  • Retrieves information as requested from records, email, minutes, and other related documents; prepares written summaries of data when needed.
  • Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions.
  • Coordinates and schedules travel, meetings, and appointments for managers or supervisor and as assigned by supervisor.
  • Prepares agendas and schedules for meetings.
  • Records and distributes minutes or other records for meetings.
  • Maintains office supplies and coordinates maintenance of office equipment.
  • Adheres to agency policies and procedures; follows and supports agency mission, vision and values including participating in internal surveys and data collection for continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Preferred Associate's degree in business, education, human services or related field; minimum High School diploma is required.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in related field or office environment is required.
  • Must able to do research independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment in a fast paced and energetic culture. Highly effective in dealing with ambiguity.
  • Must be able to adapt, be sensitive to Agency needs, goodwill and public image.
  • Ability to read in cursive Strongly Preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with extreme discretion.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work with an economically and culturally diverse population.

Pay Range

  • $19.61-$21.08 Per hour
  • Pay is dependent on level of education and relevant work experience.
