We're seeking a future team member in the role of Desktop Support Team Lead to join our Workplace Technology Support team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL - On Site.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Monitor, support, repair, and maintain computer equipment, perform images on PC's and connect to data and applications servers to troubleshoot.
  • Support and perform maintenance on file and application server software, hardware, and monitor network, server, and application performance and availability.
  • Address potential systems issues in a proactive manner, resolving problems directly or working closely with Support Engineers and other support groups whenever necessary.
  • Work with vendors to assist in installation and troubleshooting of issues, provide 2nd and 3rd level support to end users (in person and over the phone) and provide assistance with activating and troubleshooting handheld devices such as blackberries and iPads.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience required.
  • Minimum 8 years of technical and management experience required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
  • 5 years of team lead or manager experience.
  • Microsoft certifications preferred.
